Fair Use Policy

AngelView’s services are subject to our Fair Use Policy. We aim to provide simple pricing and accommodate most users within the limits of our free or paid plans. We want to minimize concerns about usage limits or paywalls. However, in situations where your usage significantly impacts our infrastructure, we will reach out to discuss a custom plan that suits your needs.

Examples of Extensive Usage

The following are examples of usage that may fall outside of our Fair Use Policy:

• Consistently collecting high volumes of submissions: More than 50,000 submissions per month.
• Consistently collecting high volumes of file uploads: More than 100 GB per month or 500 GB of total storage.
• Consistently sending high volumes of email notifications: More than 50,000 notifications per month.
• Sharing Pro or Business subscriptions with users outside your organization: AngelView subscriptions are intended for use by a single organization. Sharing Pro or Business features with users outside the registered organization is prohibited.

Understanding Extensive Usage

What is considered consistent high usage?

Consistent high usage refers to situations where a user consistently exceeds the outlined limits over several months (e.g., 3-4 months in a row). Occasional spikes in usage are acceptable, but consistently exceeding the limits suggests that tailored solutions are required. If this is the case, we will reach out to offer a custom plan.

Custom Plans

If your usage exceeds the Fair Use Policy, we will provide a custom plan based on your previous usage. Custom plans will include the following:

• Usage review and tailored limits: A plan designed specifically to accommodate your needs.
• Quarterly billing: You will receive a quarterly invoice at the start of each quarter for the custom plan.

If you choose not to continue with AngelView under the custom plan, we will provide sufficient time for you to transition to another solution, minimizing any disruptions to your workflow.
